Can I migrate my existing product catalog?
Yes. Upload a CSV with SKU, title, price and stock, or connect an existing feed. Most catalogs of a few hundred SKUs import in under ten minutes.
Which payment methods does checkout support?
Card first, then Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout. Stripe processes the transaction; Velocity Store never touches raw card details.
Do I need a developer to change the storefront look?
No. The dark cinematic theme is built from slots for your photography, headline, product grid and pricing — you edit them directly, and changes go live immediately.
What happens to my dashboard data if I cancel?
You can export your full order and product history at any time before or during cancellation. We retain a read-only copy for 90 days after cancellation, then it is deleted.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee, and no long-term contract. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel with 30 days notice.
Can more than one person on my team have a login?
Yes. Every plan includes team logins with roles, so staff can manage orders without seeing settings reserved for the owner.
